1.day
On the first day after arrival, the focus was on practical work. Together, we set up and configured a complete demo system consisting of the Flamenco system and Carecom.
2. day
The following day was dedicated entirely to technical training on Flamenco IP. The participants gained in-depth insights into the installation processes, system structure, and fundamental functionalities of the systems. Mr. Lupfer, Managing Director of Tunstall Germany, also joined digitally on the first day and was able to communicate directly with the participants via Microsoft Teams. The second day focused on the System Organizer. Participants were given detailed knowledge on planning, management, and system integration. The training was designed to be interactive in order to address customers' project-specific requirements.
3. day
On the final day, the training delved deeper into the Carecom system. A special highlight was the live appearance of Mr. Michael Andresen, Global Product Manager Hospital Solutions at Tunstall HealthCare (UK) via Microsoft Teams, who expertly answered questions related to the Carecom system.
A total of 15 participants from renowned regional companies attended, including technicians and project managers from Al Mazroui, ARAS Medical, ATC Kuwait, Focus EYE, Arabian Medical, and ZAJCO. Feedback on the training was consistently positive. Participants particularly praised the high quality and reliability of our systems, the ease of installation, and the innovative product portfolio
Beyond Technology: Personal Exchange and Cultural Insights
During breaks, there was an opportunity for informal conversations with the participants. These moments were used intensively to clarify individual project questions and strengthen personal connections. The direct exchange with our international partners significantly contributed to further strengthening business relationships.
Explore the sights of Dubai
After the intensive days full of setup work and training content, we had the chance to explore some of Dubai’s sights in the evening. Our colleague Sithul, who lives in Dubai, kindly accompanied and drove us. Thanks to his local knowledge, we were able to experience some of the most beautiful parts of the city – a successful mix of technical input and cultural experience.
To sum up:
The training was a complete success. All participants left the event with a stronger technical understanding, a deeper bond with Tunstall and a consistently positive impression of our solutions. The direct contact with customers from abroad was particularly valuable for further cooperation and the development of new market opportunities. The combination of technical training, personal exchange and cultural impressions made this event an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
